Rick

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating spaces that resonate with buyers, Rick brings years of hands-on experience and creative leadership to Get Staged. As Director and Lead Stylist, he oversees every project with a focus on results and a love of transformation. Rick combines his background in property and styling with a pragmatic approach, ensuring every home looks its absolute best while appealing to a broad market. When he’s not creating beautiful spaces, Rick enjoys discovering new restaurants, sharing good wine with friends, and getting outdoors for a weekend away.

Chris — Co-Director & Advisor

One of Get Staged’s founding hands, Chris has been part of the business since its inception, helping shape its vision and operations behind the scenes. Though not involved day-to-day, Chris still lends his perspective and support when needed, ensuring the team stays grounded and aligned with the original mission. Outside of work, Chris enjoys nothing more than good food, a glass of wine, and camping adventures with family and friends.

Jodie — Marketing & Brand Manager | Styling Assistant

The creative force behind Get Staged’s brand and marketing, Jodie manages everything from social media and campaigns to operational improvements. With a background in marketing strategy, content creation, and a natural flair for styling, she brings both creativity and structure to the business. Jodie is passionate about elevating the brand while making sure the day-to-day runs smoothly — and she never passes up the chance to jump in on install days to lend a styling hand.
Friendly and approachable, Jodie brings a bright energy to every project and loves seeing the team’s hard work come to life.

Bianca
Bianca combines her interior design qualifications with years of property styling experience to create beautiful, buyer-friendly spaces. Having transitioned from a career in teaching, she brings patience, creativity, and a thoughtful approach to her work. Bianca loves helping sellers see their homes in a whole new light and finds joy in the details that make a property shine. Her warm, easygoing personality and love for beautiful spaces make her a favourite among clients and colleagues alike. Outside of work find her enjoying time with her partner and friends.

Mel — Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator | Removalist & Styling Assistant

Mel has been with Get Staged since the very beginning, and there’s nothing she hasn’t tackled over the years. From managing and maintaining the extensive inventory to lending a hand on installs and repairs, Mel keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. Known for her no-nonsense attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed, she’s a true all-rounder who ensures everything runs smoothly. A big heart and can-do attitude, Mel is the kind of person who makes everyone feel supported and at home. When she’s not at work, Mel is a doting grandma who loves nothing more than spending time with her family.

As the owner of his own removalist business and a valued part of the Get Staged team, Seb brings efficiency and expertise to every install and pack-up. A husband and father of three beautiful boys, Seb balances his hard-working nature with a calm, friendly approach. He ensures every piece of furniture and styling item arrives safely and on time — no matter the challenge. Seb’s good-natured, reliable presence keeps everyone smiling, even on the busiest of days.

Ollie — Office Manager & Team Morale Booster

Ollie takes his role as Office Manager very seriously… greeting everyone with a wagging tail, keeping spirits high, and making sure no snack goes unnoticed. As the unofficial team mascot and full-time good boy, he’s always on hand (or paw) to provide cuddles during busy days and remind the team to take a breather. When he’s off duty, Ollie enjoys swimming, belly rubs, and being told he’s the best boy — because he is.
